It's Monday afternoon - another week just started. My legs are really sore from yesterday, but I made it to the gym in the morning anyways. Had a great breakfast - a mix of kefir, cottage cheese, protein powder, banana and some nuts before I went to work and now I'm on my break.

I have been really up and down with updating this blog, but I'm gonna try to be better at it. Like, I don't have to write an essay everytime I do a post - I can just write something short & unnecessary - like this :)
